Extremely stylish piece of jewellery from the house of Jakob Bengel, dating to the 1930's and so advanced for its time in it's design that one could be forgiven for not recognising it as a period piece. One of the leading manufacturers of Art Deco jewellery, the company produced in the 1920's and 1930's very innovative and individual pieces of the time, aesthetically characterised by their unique designs and modernist slant. This alternating patterned bracelet is quite weighty and is segmented with engine turned pieces linked with in chromed triangles of bright red and black enamel accents. Condition is excellent with little to no signs of it's true age. This piece could be old/new stock that's not been worn or used such is the condition, a rare find indeed. Ideal for day or evening wear for the fashion savvy lady of today. Size is for small to medium sized wrist overall length 21 cm.
