Delivery Information
One of the things we pay particular attention to is ensuring you get your purchases in the exact same condition as when the piece left us. Accidents can happen of course, but we pleased with our track record of very high success rate.
If you buy a small item from us, we will send via UPS with online tracking, full insurance.
If you purchase a large item, such as a piece of furniture we use a specialist antiques carrier who deliver to your door for you. These types of deliveries are carried out by one man and a van, so we ask you kindly to make provisions to facilitate with helping either yourself or getting someone else who can aid the driver.
International deliveries are carried out by UPS, Fedex and William and Hill. We send all over the world at very competitive rates. Most large pieces are custom crated to ensure the safe arrival.
