How soon will I be refunded ?Usually within 48 hours of us being in receipt of the item. Under no circumstances will we issue a refund without the returned item being in our possession.

Can I collect my purchase? Unfortunately we are unable to offer this facility.

Can I pay cash on delivery? We do require full payment in advance before we can deliver.

Refunds We use Paypal for our online card transactions. They in recent months have implemented a new ruling that the card fee they charge the seller is not redeemable regardless of why am item is returned. Obviously we want to be fair to all sides but unfortunately it's not sustainable for us to lose card fee's. With this in mind from January 2022 any item returned will be refunded in full minus shipping costs and card transaction fee's. We will however cover these costs if the item is returned because it's faulty. In reading this notice from you accept our terms and conditions. We are able to offer discounts on some items but not all. Our clock section is an example where we aren't able to reduce the ticket price on any of these pieces, regardless of how many purchased or how much is spent. We go to great lengths to have all of our clocks professionally restored and serviced which is very expensive, particularly if any replacement parts are needed or if it's not a straight forward clean. Generally we don't have the margin there to reduce the price tag. This policy applies to both public and trade buyers. In all other sections if we are able to offer a reduction we are happy to do so, please enquire.

Returns policy for international buyers

Our returns policy is slightly different to those living outside of the UK. We will accept returns if the item is faulty or not as described but we are not able to accept returns because of a change of mind. Our experience shows that the length of time to return an item back to us because of the extended shipping time means any one single item is generally off the market for anything between 4 weeks plus which isn't viable for us. We also require the notification of return to us within 3 days of receipt rather than 14 offered to UK residents. Items must also be posted within 7 days and tracking provided. All of these policies are to offer protection not only for us but for the buyer and to make a smoothest transaction as possible for both of us.
