A charming and large Art Deco powder box made during the 1930's in France. No makers name but registration is on the base. Depicts a young lady in vivid deco colours of yellow and blue. She has skillfully hand painted features. This figural vanity box is very special and highly Deco. The overall condition is very good, there is however a firing crack around her waist, priced accordingly. Diameter 4? " (11 cm), height 6½ " (16½ cm) weight 410 g.
