Description
For your consideration is this very attractive and timeless designed American desk lamp dating to the 1930's. If you've ever watched an old American black and white movie in an office setting you've probably seen on of these! The whole body of the lamp is metal but the hood and base have been painted to simulate a wood effect in beige. The images look that of a mustard colour but the lamp more resembles oatmeal with a slight tint of yellow. Really great design and wonderful streamline accents to the sides of the hood and the base. Original chain hangs from the hood to act as a switch. The hood is directional and can be moved to face downwards and forward. Condition is very good with minimal signs of wear.
