For your consideration is this fabulously stylish and iconic shaped American Desk lamp made in Bakelite and dating back to the 1930's. How many black and white movies have we seen with these types of lamps, it just gives such an nostalgic feel. So aside from looking awesome this lamp is also very functional, the streamline shaped hood can be angled to to give specific directional lighting as an example. The base features a pen holder and pen rests. Currently wired to work on US system so we're selling as decorative, however it does work and we're adding an adaptor plug so you can use it without having to re-wire.
