This is a super rare opportunity to acquire one of these vintage Art Deco wall plaques which are the reduced versions of 'bathing ladies' the original being a huge mural located in the famous Paris ''HOTEL des Collectionneur, these smaller plaques where handed out in an unknown quantity to the staff . The artist who had 40 years standing restoring artifacts in the official Parisian museums, a craftsmanship that cannot be replicated again. Made from composition plaster and hand gilded, exquisite detailing and looks impressive in both its sheer size and subject matter. The panel measures 74 cm by 54 cm and weighs almost 10 kg. There a two hooks on the back so this can be hung on a wall. Condition is excellent no flaws to mention.Height = 74 cm (29")
