Five generously sized drawers which are veneered in a warm mid tone figured walnut veneer with original bakelite & brass curved bar handles. Each drawer pulls out smoothly and effortlessly. The whole chest is supported on stepped feet giving the whole chest a real presence. This piece has been fully and professionally restored so comes to you in great condition. Has original label still on the back. The base wood is oak so this is a good heavy sturdy piece of furniture.
